1.Select the appropriate footwear for the intended use. Size, structure, and materials vary depending on the purpose. Make sure to choose the shoes that best fit your activity.

2. Try on both shoes. Each foot is different, and many people have different sizes between the left and right foot.
Note: We cannot accept returns of used shoes, so it is important to try them thoroughly before wearing them outdoors.

Shoes, as semi-durable goods, wear out with use and may also deteriorate over time, even if not worn. Factors such as temperature or humidity can accelerate this process. If you store your shoes for a long period, make sure to check the soles before wearing them. If you notice cracks or damage, do not use them.

Each type of sole is designed for specific surfaces. Using shoes on unsuitable surfaces may accelerate sole wear or even cause injuries. In addition, wearing worn-out soles increases the risk of accidents. Please note that we are not responsible for damage if the product is not used for its intended purpose.

Do not machine wash your shoes.

Let your shoes dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources such as stoves or radiators.

Maintain the shape of your shoes while drying, in a shaded and well-ventilated area. Improper drying may cause mold, which is difficult to remove completely.

Natural leather (smooth leather surface): Clean with a soft brush and a dry cloth. Apply a shoe cream in the same color as the leather and polish with a brush or cloth.

Natural leather (suede, nubuck, other types): Use a special brush to lift fibers and remove dirt.

Synthetic leather and synthetic fibers: Clean with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
