You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Choose the right shoes for your intended use. The size, construction, and materials of shoes vary depending on their purpose. Be sure to choose the shoes that best suit your activity.
- Try on both shoes. Every foot is different, and many people have different sizes for their left and right feet.
Note: We cannot accept returns of worn shoes, so it’s important to try them on thoroughly before wearing them outdoors.
Shoes, as semi-durable goods, wear out with use and can also deteriorate over time, even if they are not worn. Factors such as temperature and humidity can accelerate this process. If you store your shoes for an extended period, be sure to check the soles before wearing them. If you notice any cracks or damage, do not wear them.
Each type of sole is designed for specific surfaces. Wearing footwear on unsuitable surfaces can accelerate sole wear or even cause injuries. In addition, wearing worn-out soles increases the risk of accidents. Please note that we are not liable for any damage if the product is not used for its intended purpose.
Do not wash your shoes in the washing machine.
Let your shoes air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources such as stoves or radiators.
Keep your shoes in their original shape while they dry, in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Improper drying can cause mold to grow, which is difficult to remove completely.
Genuine leather (leather surface):
Clean with a soft brush and a dry cloth. Apply a shoe cream that matches the color of the leather and buff with a brush or cloth.
Genuine leather (suede, nubuck, other types):
Use a special brush to lift the fibers and remove dirt.
Synthetic leather and synthetic fibers:
Clean with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
