ORDER PROCESS

Shopping at Capitten is very easy. Just select the items you want and, if applicable, choose the size in our online store. Then, click “Buy Now.” You can pay using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, and Amex.

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Capitten, we process shipments Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your items. We offer an express shipping service available worldwide.

TAXES & FEES

Taxes and fees are included for all European Union countries, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For international shipments outside the EU, customs charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. We recommend that you check for any restrictions and taxes before making your purchase.

If the buyer refuses the shipment, any resulting costs (duties, fees, shipping, or return shipping) will be the customer’s responsibility. The same conditions apply to international returns, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.

ORDER TRACKING

From that email, you can check the status of your shipment at any time and even choose to pick it up at a UPS Access Point™ if that's more convenient for you.
