TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY
“NSN CYCLING X CAPITTEN SPECIAL EDITION JERSEY”
1. Organising Company
The company organising this promotion is PUKMAL ITEMS, S.L., with Spanish Tax Identification Number (CIF) B66897935 and registered office at Vía Augusta 17, Barcelona, Spain.

2. Purpose of the Promotion
On the occasion of the launch of Capitten and its collaboration with NSN Cycling Team, Pukmal Items, S.L. is organising a promotion in which 15 NSN Cycling x Capitten special edition jerseys will be awarded among customers who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is independent of any other competition or promotional activity that may be organised by NSN Cycling Team.
3. Participation Period
The promotion will be active for 15 calendar days, from 7 September 2026 to 21 September 2026, both dates inclusive.
The exact closing time of the promotion must be indicated in the promotional communication and in these Terms and Conditions before publication.
4. Participants
Individuals over 16 years of age who meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and who reside in a European country where participation and receipt of the prize are legally permitted and to which Capitten ships may participate in the promotion.
Employees of Pukmal Items, S.L., their immediate family members, and any persons who have been directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or management of this promotion are excluded from participation.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant who acts fraudulently, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the promotion.
5. Participation Mechanism
To participate in the giveaway, participants must make a purchase through Capitten.com during the promotion period.
Each purchase that meets this requirement will entitle the participant to enter the giveaway.
Purchases that are subsequently cancelled or returned and, as a result of such cancellation or return, no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement will not be considered valid.
The organiser may request the information necessary to verify that the purchase meets the participation requirements.
6. Prize
A total of 15 NSN Cycling x Capitten special edition jerseys will be awarded.
All 15 prizes will consist of the same special edition jersey designed for the collaboration between NSN Cycling Team and Capitten.
The prize may not be exchanged for its cash value or for another product, unless, for reasons beyond the organiser's control, it is necessary to replace it with another prize of equivalent or greater value and characteristics.
Delivery of the prize will be free of charge for the winners and will only be made to addresses located within the participation territory defined in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Selection of Winners
The 15 winners will be selected at random through Easypromos from among all valid entries that meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
In addition, 15 alternate winners will be selected to replace any winners who cannot be contacted, fail to respond within the established period, or do not meet the participation requirements.
The selection will take place once the participation period has ended.
8. Notification of Winners
The winners will be selected and contacted by email on the date indicated in the promotional communication.
The organiser will contact each winner using the email address associated with their purchase or the contact details provided for participation.
Winners will have 5 calendar days from the date the notification is sent to respond and provide the information required to manage and deliver the prize.
If a winner fails to respond within the established period, refuses the prize, or does not meet the participation requirements, the prize may be awarded to the corresponding alternate winner.
The organiser may request the information necessary to verify the winner's identity and compliance with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
9. Prize Delivery
Once the winner's details have been verified, Pukmal Items, S.L. will arrange shipment of the jersey to the address provided by the winner.
The winner must provide accurate and complete information required for delivery of the prize. The organiser shall not be responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the winner.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants will be processed by Pukmal Items, S.L., as data controller, for the purpose of managing participation in the promotion, conducting the giveaway, contacting the winners and arranging delivery of the prizes.
Participation in this promotion does not, in itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any processing of personal data for marketing purposes will be carried out in accordance with the relevant information and consents provided by the user.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, in accordance with applicable legislation, by contacting hello@capitten.com.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions established herein may result in the exclusion of the participant and, where applicable, the loss of their right to the prize.
12. Modification or Cancellation of the Promotion
Pukmal Items, S.L. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where force majeure or exceptional circumstances justify such action, provided that the rights acquired by participants are respected and any modification is appropriately communicated.
13. Taxation
The prizes shall be subject to the tax regulations applicable in each case.
Where any tax obligations arise as a result of receiving the prize, the winner shall be responsible for fulfilling any obligations legally applicable to them.
14. Applicable Law
This promotion shall be governed by the applicable laws of Spain.
In the event of any dispute, the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in accordance with applicable legislation shall have jurisdiction.
15. Publication of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions will be available throughout the participation period on the Capitten website or in the space provided for the promotion.
